Lucy joined Seventy Seven in 2008 and works across a number of consumer and lifestyle brands.
These range from the Nintendo pan-European account, to lots of businesses beginning with B… Barclay’s Bank, The Balvenie and Berry Bros. & Rudd. Lucy also works for ‘In Harmony’, a social development programme funded by the DCSF.
Recent work includes securing media coverage around Julian Lloyd Webber’s recent trip to Venezuela to promote In Harmony. Lucy tracked down the Guardian and BBC correspondents in Venezuela and persuaded them to cover the trip. The result was a full page in the Guardian, two online pieces with accompanying picture story and audio feature on guardian.co.uk, as well as TV coverage on BBC Breakfast, BBC News 24, BBC News Online and BBC Radio 4’s PM programme.
Lucy has six years experience in consumer and celebrity PR, gained in-house at M&S and at The red Consultancy amongst others. Career highlights included includes launching partouche-betting.com in the UK with Eric Cantona as ‘The King of England, turning the inside of The Curzon, Mayfair into a winter wonderland for the premier of The Hogfather for Sky, proving that women really do prefer chocolate to sex for Cadbury and a celebrity, underwater photoshoot in the 007 tank at Pinewood Studios for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
