I am...  Fred

Fred joined in January 2007 and is Seventy Seven’s operations manager.

She looks after the assistant team, helps with client work and new business and generally ensures everybody is happy and everything runs smoothly in the office.

A real organiser and control freak, Fred keeps being brought in to help with the organisation of large-scale events (Hamleys and Children in Need to name a few as well as staff and client parties).

Fred worked in PR for eight years focusing on trade and corporate campaigns before turning to restaurant and chef PR. After too many years of dining out and weekly events, she decided that she wanted her life and figure back and joined Seventy Seven in the hope that her knowledge and understanding of the industry would help her find ways to make fellow PRs’ lives less stressful.

Fred loves cooking and keeping abreast of everything to do with food, wine and restaurants. She loves going back to France to see family and friends and stroll along antique and food markets. She used to excel at foreign languages and has mastered quite a few over the years but she has now become a little too British and has forgotten most of them - even her mother tongue, to her family’s distress …
